In 2025 many have enjoyed the sunny dry days – great for those with solar panels not so good for those running hydro-electric systems.
The picture below shows the amount of electricity generated from April-August over the last 10 years. You will see from the ‘Manhattan charts’ that the bumper months vary over the years but 2025 has all the lowest monthly generation.
