In November the project spend reached the point where Harlaw Hydro could apply to HMRC for acceptance into the Seed Enterprise investment Scheme (SEIS). The paperwork was submitted to HMRC and they responded with a bundle of blank SEIS3 forms, one for each member in the first share issue. Harlaw Hydro has completed its part of the forms and they are being distributed to the relevant members.
This milestone allows us to issue the second tranche of share certificates, these too have been prepared and are being distributed to the relevant members.
Many thanks for the share certificate received last month, can you advise if the EIS forms are available yet? forthe second swathe.
Hi Robert,
The EIS process can’t be started until we can prove we have been trading for 4 months, probably late summer.
